Any holiday or other service
you purchase using this Site will constitute a legal agreement
between you and Al Jasra Travel. Please note that in order
to book flight reservations, Holiday Packages or any other
services available on this site, you will be required to accept
Al Jasra Travel terms and conditions. |
| Nothing in this site shall constitute an offer
of goods or services. No contract shall be formed between you
and Al Jasra Travel until you have received confirmation that
Al Jasra Travel has accepted your booking. |
You accept financial responsibility
for all transactions made under your name or account. Your
must be 18years of age or over and have legal capacity. You
warrant that all information you provide about yourself or
anyone else shall be true and accurate. The site must not
be used for speculative, false or fraudulent bookings. |
| Itinerary Changes |
| Al Jasra Travel reserve the right to change routs,
accommodation or arrangements at no or little prior notice,
should circumstances require such changes. |
| Payment terms |
| A deposit of 25% is payable on making the booking.
The balance of the payment is due 30 days prior to departure.
Failure to do so could result in the cancellation of the booking
and forfeiture of the deposit. |

Al jasra travel reserve
the right to cancel any tour prior to departure in which event
we will endeavor to make satisfactory alternative arrangements
on your behalf, failing which the entire payment will be refunded
without any obligation on the part of the company. |
| Site updates |
We may change this Site
at any time without notice by adding or removing discounts,
holidays and other features or services. This will be without
liability to you. We reserve the right to withdraw offers
and discounts at any time and at our discretion. |
| Terms of use |
| Terms of Use may be revised from time to time.
If they are revised, we will post the revised version on this
Site. The revisions will be effective immediately. |
| Rates |
| The prices of holidays and flights displayed
in search results are in Qatari Riyals and are subject to availability.

| Insurance |
Insurance is extra and it
is recommended that guests have adequate insurance to cover
personal accidents, medical expenses, loss of luggage and
loss of deposit through cancellation. Al Jasara travel, nor
any person acting through or on our behalf, shall be liable
for any loss or damage whatsoever in respond of person or
property arising from any cause. We shall not be responsible
for loss or damage caused by delays, sickness, accident, injury
or death, nor for any extra expense incurred as a result thereof. |
| Law and Jurisdiction |
Qatar law shall govern each
of the bookings made with Al Jasra Travel, including (without
limitation) all contractual and other relationships, which
arise out of such bookings. Passports/Visas/Vaccinations All
members of the traveling party must each possess a valid passport
and visa (if applicable). Be certain to apply in time. You
must also ensure you have had all applicable vaccinations
before you travel. |
| Privacy |
We will respect the privacy
of your data, which you supply to us in accordance with our
Privacy Policy. You agree to keep your data accurate and up
to date and promptly send us any new or revised personal data
It is your responsibility to keep your passwords confidential
and use the security devices offered. Our security measures
depend on you complying with this obligation and we are not
responsible for any breach of your privacy due to your failure
either to keep your passwords secret or to use the other security
devices correctly. Nor are we responsible for breaches of
security arising out of intentional and/or unauthorized attempts
to access the site, for example, by computer hackers. |

| Payment and charges |
We accept Visa, MasterCard.
There is a credit card transaction charge of 2% will be added
to reservation. This charge is made to cover the administration
charge that credit card companies make to us. This charge
will be detailed on your confirmation invoice. |
