Jordan explorer 7Nights/8Days (Tour code AMM01)
Day 1. Arrival at Queen Alia International Airport where you are met and assisted through immigration, baggage, and other formalities by our airport representatives. A driver will be waiting for you outside the terminal to help with loading your bags and drive you to your hotel.
(Journey time approximately 30 Min)
Day 2. Today you visit the capital of Jordan, Amman. Steeped in ancient history, this timeless city once stood at the crossroads of civilizations. A member of the 10 cities of Roman Decapolis, you visit the city’s most significant sites. These sites include the Roman Amphitheater capable of seating 6000 spectators, and the Citadel which over looks the entire city, and caters to the Archeological Museum.

Day 3.Proceed to Jerash which is known to be one of the best preserved Greco-Roman cities in the world. As one of the 10 Roman Decapolis cities, today you have the opportunity to walk along its ancient colonnade streets and visit numerous temples such as the Temple of Artemis, and several Byzantine churches littered with eloquent mosaics. Upon completion of your tour, your driver takes you back to Amman for overnight.

Day 4. Drive down a steep mountain along a modern highway towards the lowest point on earth. Perhaps the most unique body of water in the world, a swim in the healing waters of the Dead Sea is a must for every traveler. Be prepared to experience the weightlessness of space 400 meters below sea level!

Day 5.
Transfer to Petra along the ancient King's highway. En route, stops will be made at Madaba, home to one of the oldest maps of the holy land set in intricate mosaic. The spot where Moses first saw the holy land atop Mt. Nebo, home to an array of mosaics, is also visited. Before reaching your hotel in Petra, you visit the Crusader castle of Kerak, an ancient fortress erected by Raynald of Chatillon and later captured by Saladin. In the evening, you reach your destination of Petra for overnight.

Day 6. Today, prepare yourself for a journey into the past unlike any other. A full day guided tour of the rose red city of Petra begins with walking through the winding passage of the Siq cut through solid mountain. Following this short walk, a complete tour of this ancient city carved into bare rock will resume. Overnight at your hotel in Petra.

Day 7. Often referred to as a Martian like adventure, today take a jeep ride across the ancient red sands of Wadi Rum.

Upon completion, your driver takes you back to Amman for overnight.

Day 8. Today we say goodbye and transfer you to Amman airport for departure where our airport representatives escorts you through all formalities. Keep the memories of Jordan alive and come back soon!

Continue to the imposing castle of Ajloun, a fortress built by the armies of Saladin to protect the passing routs through the holy land.

Proceed to Um Qais and gaze across the Sea of Galilee where Syria, Lebanon and Israel can be seen while standing on a panoramic hilltop.

Day 4. Venture east deep into the desert to visit the formidable fortresses of the Ummayed empire. Known as the Desert Castles, these structures provided shelter and protection for many travelers through the centuries including most recently T. E. Lawrence during the winter of 1917.

In the evening you will be transferred to Little Petra where you will have the chance to see unique frescos that are thought to be some of the only preserved examples of Nabatean painted art.

Proceed to the tropical waters of the Red Sea in Aqaba where one can relax under the tranquil rays of the Great Rift Valley sun. Diving or snorkeling is highly recommended especially for those who are looking for an exceptional under water adventure.

Day9. Enjoy a free morning basking under the Red Sea sun before returning with your driver to Amman for overnight.
